Our Story

 Alecia Loveless of Loveless Family PropertiesLoveless Family Properties, founded by Alecia Loveless, boasts a rich history in real estate and community involvement. Alecia relocated to Bethlehem, New Hampshire, in 1999 from the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, where she grew up. With over 20 years of experience in owning and operating bed and breakfasts, Alecia cultivated a passion for real estate that has flourished over the last 22 years.

Alecia’s real estate journey commenced in 2001 when she purchased two apartment buildings, co-owning them with business partners. After successfully selling those properties and a subsequent rental home, she briefly stepped back from the rental market. Nevertheless, her enthusiasm for real estate never waned, leading her to return to property investment in 2019. Currently, Loveless Family Properties manages seven rental properties, five of which are featured on our website. Alecia has assembled a dependable team of contractors to uphold high maintenance standards for each property.

Beyond her real estate pursuits, Alecia is an engaged member of the Bethlehem community, with nearly 15 years of service on the Town’s Planning Board, 3 years on the Selectboard, and 2 years on the Zoning Board. Additionally, she has worked part-time in Social Services since 2006, assisting individuals with developmental disabilities.

At Loveless Family Properties, Alecia combines her extensive local knowledge, hands-on experience, and a dedicated team to provide well-maintained rental properties in the scenic North Country of New Hampshire.
